Due to the custom nature of personalized items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Customers are encouraged to review their personalization details and photo uploads carefully before completing their order to ensure satisfaction.

We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement due to a defective item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
